Your hands must then be brought to the location of the 6th Chakra or your 3rd Eye, which is at the middle of the forehead.
Picture in your mind that there is a bright light, preferably a light from the sun, going through the triangle you’ve created. Imagine the light travels straight to the middle of the forehead, going to the 6th Chakra, going to the center of the brain. For about 15 degrees, angle your gaze towards the sky and then breathe naturally.
Simultaneously feel the sun’s brightness pouring in. Imagine the greatness of the intensity and purity of the sun, lighting up each and every dark corner of the brain. You should breathe out the tension that is within you as you picture each cell, all the corners of the brain bathed by this brightness, which is the healing light.
Endure the energy coming in that is focused towards your 6th Chakra. As you keep on breathing, you are able to realize that your mind and your brain is becoming much calmer and clearer.
