Tap for about 2 to 3 minutes. Start at the top portion of the head and then go down to the face, particularly on the eye corners, forehead, under the eyes, Kin and under the nose. After tapping the different portions on the face, tap on one of the shoulders and extend your arm. Make sure that the palms are facing upwards.

When you are about to tap your hand, turn down your palm and then tap the opposite side of that arm, going towards your body. Tap across the chest and then do the tapping on the other arm and shoulder. You should as well tap underneath the rib cage, the stomach, especially on the left portion of the abdomen, on the right side where the liver is situated, and then rub the abdomen, following a clockwise direction.
